HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, etc. Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We have a 30-day return policy, so there is no need for you to worry. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in a package similar to the original one, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Please note that return labels are not included with your order. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
ARE THE PILLOWS WASHABLE? If the pillow has a removable cloth, it is machine washable. Do not wash the memory foam inside the removable material!
WHY DOES THE PILLOW HAVE A SMELL? IS IT TOXIC? No, memory foam is not toxic. While memory foam mattresses or pillows may emit an initial unpleasant odor, this is a temporary issue that can be resolved with time and proper ventilation. Allowing the foam to air out in a well-ventilated room, such as one with open windows or air conditioning, will typically cause the odor to dissipate naturally within a period of three to seven days.
MY DIFFUSER IS NOT WORKING Please use the correct adapter (usually 5V2A or 12V, 24V adapter) according to the instructions, please make sure the water is below the water level line, please avoid water entering the vent.
HUMIDIFIER IS NOT WORKING Please make sure that the whole cotton swab of the humidifier is wet and bears against the lower end of the atomizing sheet inside the cover.
